We are a recruiting agency and our client is in need of a Senior Marketing Manager for their engineering, security, and technical books program for the professional and reference markets.

This person will

·         Develop/execute marketing strategy for engineering, computer, and security books.

·         Be involved in predominately U.S. marketing efforts.

·         Lead a 3-4 person marketing team.

·         Work with colleagues regarding product development and marketing.

·         Develop/implement plans to improve sales via exhibits and adoptions.

·         Have web and electronic marketing experience.

·         Be a creative/innovative marketing leader.

·         Have very limited travel.

Qualifications

·         Six plus years in marketing.

·         At least three years in publishing.

·         A degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.

·         Strong managerial and team building/development skills will be key.
