The purpose of this new journal is to provide distinctive reviews across the range of topics in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, and Organizational Behavior, summarizing significant developments in the field.
This new journal results from growing coverage of these topics within the Annual Review of Psychology—one of the highest impact journals in psychology.
