To highlight what’s happening in our community, SSP has added a page to our website where members can share their latest career updates. We invite you to visit the Member Career News page and tell us if you or other SSP members in your organization
- Have a new job title (a new position, promotion, retirement, etc.)
- Are new to SSP, and maybe even to the field of scholarly communications in general (we’d love to hear what brings you to your new role and to SSP)
- Have recently published an article, an essay, a book, a review, etc.
- Have led a workshop or presented a paper or poster
- Have other career-related news you’d like to share with the SSP community
Just use the link at the top of the Member Career News page to submit your announcement.
This new section is devoted exclusively to news about individual members. (We’ll continue to post press releases from our member organizations in the News section of the SSP website.) The first announcements have already been posted. Take a look, and while you’re there, check out some of the other features in our Careers section, such as the job board, internship page, and Q&As with SSP members from all areas of scholarly communications.
