Concurrent 3D: Models for Non-profit Publishing: Examples from Europe and the Americas
Speakers representing multi-publisher online organizations from Europe and the Americas will discuss how their programs were established, funding sources, and challenges they faced along the way. Speakers will discuss where their programs are today in terms of content, financial stability, and partnerships with other organizations. The audience will learn about different models for funding a non-profit organization, different ways of managing multi-publisher relationships, and new perspectives on scholarly publishing from speakers working outside the US.
