Add these SSP events to your Charleston schedule!

SSP is headed to the Charleston Conference next month! An informal annual gathering of librarians, publishers, electronic resource managers, consultants, and vendors of library materials each November in Charleston, SC, the Charleston Conference discusses issues of importance to them all.

Be sure to add these SSP events to your schedule!

Registration is still open for this year’s Charleston Library Conference, November 4-8. Don’t forget to sign up for our pre-conference workshop during checkout!

 


Chaos or Complexity? Transforming Publishing Models in the Plan S Era
Tuesday, November 5 | 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

An interactive session on issues around new models, including Read-and-Publish, Publish-and-Read, Subscribe to Open, and more. Hear from publishers and institutions pursuing such transformative agreements, as well as those organizations, small and society, who fear they may be left out of the discussion. Attendees will then shift to small group discussions focusing on key issues raised during the session.
