August 13, 2019 – Sullivan’s Island, SC – Against the Grain welcomes guest editors from the publishing community on issues of common concern to librarians, publishers, and vendors. A guest-edited issue of ATG consists of 6-8 articles ranging from 1200 to 1500 words. However, we generally allow authors to make articles as long or short as needed by their subject. We like a minimum of 200 dpi for charts and graphs and 300 dpi for photos. Formatting is done by our printer Toni Nix and submitting the articles as a Word document is sufficient.
