AJE offers free language editing and translation services to authors furthering research on Wuhan Coronavirus outbreak

January 29, 2020 – Durham, NC – AJE is offering free language editing and translation services to authors whose work is centered around the 2019 Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV). This offer is intended to support relief efforts surrounding the outbreak in China and other parts of the world.

“Our mission is to make research communication faster, fairer, and more useful, and our offer of free services is at the core of what we do. By removing language and communication barriers from emerging research surrounding the 2019-nCoV threat, we hope to increase the speed of relief efforts,” says Sarah Taylor, PhD, Chief Operating Officer of AJE’s parent company Research Square. “We’ve partnered with over 100,000 researchers in China to publish their research findings over the past 15 years, and we have team members whose families are directly impacted by 2019-nCoV in our China offices. This is about living out our mission, putting our values into action, and supporting our AJE and broader Research Square family.”

All authors are also invited to share their research at no cost on our preprint platform, Research Square, for immediate sharing and worldwide access.
