July 31, 2020 – Washington, DC – BioOne (about.BioOne.org) is pleased to announce the addition of Beth Hutchins, who joined the BioOne team on July 21 as Director of Product Management. Beth will be an advocate for users and producers of BioOne’s digital products, beginning with BioOne Complete (complete.bioone.org). She will also plan and implement digital initiatives for current and emerging technologies and digital solutions. By identifying pathways for new programs, services, and digital products, Beth will help BioOne improve business efficiency and cohesion.
Beth joins us with 18 years of experience working in the scholarly community. She has worked closely with technology platforms, global societies and the library community through her positions at: Springer as the Director of Development for the SpringerLink platform; Partner and Business Development at IOP Publishing; and Program Management at GVPi/Sage. Beth holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Texas A&M University and looks forward to working with the diverse communities at BioOne.
