Webinar

CRM and Salesforce consultancy for publishing, Ribbonfish, is hosting a free webinar for academic publishing professionals and teams from across the industry on Wednesday 5th February 2020 at 3 p.m. (GMT).

Aimed at those in senior roles in sales, marketing and business systems within academic and educational presses, the webinar will tackle the reality of customer data for academic publishers. The session will offer support, guidance and solutions to how to optimise customer data to drive insight like never before.

Hosted by CEO of Ribbonfish Paula Neary, who has over 20 years of experience in senior roles across academic, education, trade, and STM publishing, the webinar will also include speakers working in the academic publishing sphere in marketing and business insight: Jo Greig, Sales & Marketing Director at Bristol University Press and Andrew Crenshaw, Product Manager and Technology Director at Macmillan Learning.

Each speaker will share the technical, workflow and process solutions they have put in place that have transformed what sales and marketing teams do on a day to day basis. They will talk about the insights they have gained, the opportunities they are uncovering and the efficiencies they have seen.

The session will run for one hour, and will include the opportunity for attendees to pose their own questions to the panel, offering the chance to explore specific challenges and gather tips and advice on how to get started with their own customer data goals for 2020. Learn more.
