Yale Law Journal Selects Sheridan as Print and Distribution Partner

September 14, 2016 – Hanover, PA – Sheridan has been awarded print production and distribution of the Yale Law Journal (YLJ), the student-run law review affiliated with Yale Law School.  One of the most cited legal publications in the country, YLJ is also one of the oldest, established by Yale law students in 1891.

Sheridan will begin production with Volume 126 Issue #1 in October, 2016.  YLJ editors will use Sheridan’s customized law template to format and style the Journal automatically.  Sheridan has also established an electronic order center to manage and produce author offprints on behalf of the Journal.  YLJ is issued eight times a year.

In 2005, the Journal was also the first leading law review to publish an online companion, which is known today as the YLJ Forum, an interactive hub for short-form work, facilitating timely discussion of law and legal scholarship.

Hilary Ledwell, Editor-in-Chief of Volume 126 of YLJ, noted, “The Yale Law Journal Company is delighted to begin its partnership with Sheridan. Timely and professional printing and distribution is core for us, and working with an organization like Sheridan will allow us to maintain our reputation as a premier journal.”
