Concurrent 5F: Building a UX Community: Taking a Multi-Disciplinary Approach to Create a Unified User Experience

If you thought UX was all about digital product development – think again. Its about creating holistic experiences that all your users will return to time and time again because they want to, not because they need to.
Emerald set up an internal multi-disciplinary UX community to create a unified experience for staff, customers, authors, editors and users of all types.
Hear from sales and marketing, innovation and publishing staff as they share case studies and practical takeaways, including:
What a UX community is and how to go about setting one up for staff across the business
The ambition to drive innovation in business and management publishing through user research and user engagement
How the development of a new brand enabled Emerald to get insights from staff and users that put experience at the heart of its renewed vision, mission and values.

Moderator: Erika Valenti, Emerald Publishing
