Speakers at this panel event will share their experiences cultivating innovation within their organizations and within the larger scholarly communications field. They will discuss organizational structures that support creativity, obstacles to innovation, exciting new ideas and projects in the industry, and how to create cultural change within the scholarly communications field. Featuring Meredith Morovati, Executive Director of Dryad Digital Repository; Deric Corlew, Vice President of Business Development at Research Square; and Paolo Mangiafico, Coordinator of Scholarly Communications Technologies at Duke University.
