Last fall, at a SSP regional event in Durham, NC, leaders from research libraries shared their visions for academic publishing ten years from now. In this follow-up conversation, university press directors will share the publishers’ perspective. What new business models are on the horizon? How might presses or libraries build better infrastructure to support these models? What does the future of scholarly communication look like, and how will we get there? The panel will take place at Research Square’s office in downtown Durham and will be followed by an hour of networking over refreshments.
