This panel event will explore the important and evolving topic of User Experience. UX professionals from Harvard University, MIT, EBSCO, and Bentley University will provide attendees with information on the founding principles of UX, and the importance of gaining insight into user behavior, conducting usability studies, and creating a good user experience. Discussion will also turn to the many facets of UX, such as web accessibility, differing platforms, and varied stakeholders-and how these elements connect to the digital publishing and library industries, among others.
