Looking back on their beginnings in Scholarly Publishing, our three speakers will discuss the toolsets and skills they required-whether that be proficiencies previously refined, learned on the job, or sought out in additional trainings-to be successful in their initial positions. They will also discuss what key skills stand out to them as imperative and progressively more useful and necessary to develop further in future roles in order to create and build upon a long and rewarding career in publishing.
