As the industry demands a more inclusive community, we bring together three speakers with experience bringing new talent to the industry. Meredith Adinolfi comes to us from Cell Press as the Director of Production in which she is heavily involved in the hiring of new talent; Jeff Lewandowski is a Senior Publisher at IOP Publishing whose role has increasingly required more and more managerial responsibilities; and John Rodzvilla is the Graduate Program Director for the Masters program in Publishing and Writing at Emerson College where he has seen thousands of students walk into his program and out again into the publishing industry. As hiring managers and publishing program directors, they will discuss how they make hiring decisions, how they encourage and influence early career professionals, and how to make more diverse and inclusive hires. This webinar is intended for early career professionals and the managers who hire and support them.
