The first Early Career Professionals Community of Interest Network meeting of 2024 will be Friday, January 12th at 12pm ET. To start off the new year, we are holding a live discussion about goal setting. Some of the questions we will discuss include:
- When does your company normally set goals?
- Do you use software or paperwork to record and track your goals?
- Do you have incentive goals, i.e. are company goals tied to a bonus program?
- What type of goals do you use?
- Core competencies
- Managers vs non-people managers
- Performance goals with metrics
- Development goals
- How complex are your goals and goal setting process? How many goals do you typically have?
