Association and Operations Expert to Assume Role of Senior Consultant
March 28, 2022 – KGL Consulting, a division of KnowledgeWorks Global Ltd. (KGL), is pleased to announce the appointment of Ann Link as Senior Consultant, working with scholarly societies to develop and support their publishing strategies and operations and to pursue new business opportunities.
A Certified Association Executive (CAE), Ms. Link has spent over 30 years working in scholarly publishing, most recently as Senior Deputy Publisher for Health Affairs, where she implemented new programs, products, and services, and oversaw sales and marketing. Previously, Ann served as Executive Director for the Society of Matrix Biology, and Director of Publications for the American Association of Immunologists, and earlier for the American Gastroenterological Association—in addition to a prior stint at what was then KWF Consulting.
Ms. Link joins a team of accomplished industry professionals at KGL Consulting, one of the leading management consultancies serving the scholarly publishing community in the areas of strategy and innovation, new product development, publishing and editorial operations, RFPs and contracts, market research and intelligence, and data analytics. Operating as KWF Consulting since 2000, the firm and its sister company KWF Editorial were acquired by KnowledgeWorks Global Ltd. in November 2021.
