Research Square Named ‘Best Place to Work’ for Third Year

September 11, 2020 – Durham, NC – For the third time, Research Square has been named one of the best places to work in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area.

Research Square received the 2020 Best Places to Work award by the Triangle Business Journal this week. It was one of 50 companies to receive this honor in the Large Company category, defined as 100-249 employees.

“We are proud to receive this award in a region of North Carolina that is both growing quickly and is known as a great area to work,” said Orshi Kocsis, Vice President of Human Resources at Research Square. “We are also a fast-growing company always in need of talent as we expand into the SaaS sphere.”

Winners were chosen based on an employee survey conducted and tabulated by Quantum Workplace, home to North America’s largest database of employee engagement data. The survey measured six key engagement categories, including team dynamics, trust in leadership, communication and resources, manager effectiveness, and personal engagement.

In order to qualify as a finalist for the award, surveys for each company must yield a minimum employee response rate based on a percentage of the total number of employees. Winners and finalists were chosen based only on the results of the survey.

Research Square previously received Triangle Business Journal’s Best Places to Work award two other times in 2017 and 2019.
