Sheridan partners with Society for Scholarly Publishing to support membership growth through sponsorship of printed of materials

November 9, 2018 – Chicago, IL – Sheridan has renewed its commitment to provide printing services for the Society for Scholarly Publishing’s (SSP) membership and informational resources again for 2019.  The materials will be printed in their Hanover, Pennsylvania facility which offers high-quality print production; offset, digital and print-on-demand capabilities; and provides exceptional customer service. Sheridan’s team-based customer experience, on-time delivery, and stringent quality requirements have make them a great partner for SSP.

Printed materials are still critically important to SSP for communicating the benefits of membership as well as resources for pursuing a career in scholarly communications.  For 2019 Sheridan will produce a membership postcard, membership brochure and an informational pamphlet highlighting the careers available in scholarly communications.

“Sheridan has been a loyal supporter and sponsor of SSP for many years. We sincerely appreciate their ongoing support and are eager to work with Sheridan again for the production of our member recruitment materials, said Melanie Dolechek, SSP Executive Director.  “SSP’s future is dependent on reaching out to and engaging the next generation of scholarly publishing professionals. High-quality materials will help us positon SSP as the place where professionals can connect with people, resources, and content for their professional and organizational advancement.”
