February 1, 2021 – Bellingham, WA – SPIE, the international society for optics and photonics, is pleased to announce a three-year “Read and Publish” agreement with the Centre National Universitaire de Documentation Scientifique et Technique (CNUDST).
The agreement, which began on 1 January, gives all authors at affiliated academic and research institutions in Tunisia read access to all SPIE journals and proceedings, and unlimited open-access publishing in all SPIE journals with no article-processing fees.
The SPIE Digital Library comprises more than 530,000 publications covering topical areas ranging from biomedical optics and neuroscience, to physics and astronomy-related technology.

About CNUDST The CNUDST’s essential mission is to:
- Provide information and scientific and technical documentation for researchers, wherever their domain of activity might be.
- Collect, process, and circulate production and results of scientific research and of technological development undertaken in or about Tunisia.
- Allow easy access to holdings record, covering an important part of scientific and technological research worldwide.
- Practice documentary monitoring.
