We are excited to announce nominations are now open for our 2023 Emerging Leader Award, which will be presented at our 45th Annual Meeting in Portland, May 31–June 2, 2023.
This award recognizes an SSP member who:
- Began working in the scholarly communication field within approximately the last 1-12 years
- Has demonstrated leadership abilities on an SSP committee or task force
Beginning this year, we are accepting self-nominations! If you know a member who meets these criteria or are one, nominate them for the Emerging Leader Award! Eligibility criteria and nomination process details are available now.
Established in February 2012, this award acknowledges the achievements of up-and-coming leaders in scholarly publishing who are demonstrating their potential through outstanding service and contribution.
