Registration
All speakers are required to register, even if you do not plan to attend the event beyond your presentation time. Annual Meeting and pre-meeting seminar speakers and moderators are provided a complimentary registration for the day they are speaking. You should have received an email about how to register online or you can download the information here. Please register by Monday, May 1, 2017.
Speaker Release and License Agreement
We would like to share your presentation by recording and posting it on the SSP website. Please complete the online Speaker Release and License Agreement by Monday, May 29, 2017. The agreement gives SSP the non-exclusive right to record your presentation and assures SSP that your presentation and accompanying materials are your own original work and do not infringe anyone else’s copyrights.
Presentation Tips for Speakers
To help you prepare for your presentation, we have created a short video, Preparing for your SSP Speaking Engagement that includes information about what to expect regarding overall logistics as well as tips and best practices for ensuring a successful speaking experience.
Speaker Ready Room
The Speaker Ready Room is located in Griffin in the hotel conference center and will be open each day of the meeting. Please bring your presentation on a USB drive to the technician in the Speaker Ready Room prior to your talk. You are welcome to review it with technical staff to verify functionality and completeness.
Room Equipment
Each session room will be equipped with a laptop, projector, microphone, and Internet access. Please notify your session organizer or email jlanphere@kellencompany.com if you have any special audio/visual requirements or will be using a personal mobile device for your presentation.
