Tasks & Projects
The project will be largely managed by staff with the support of an advisory group to advise on market needs/preferences, define data points, define reports/access packages, establish pricing/business models, and beta test the survey. A third-party analytics company will provide project planning, platform development, survey design, AMS integration, and training.
Expectations
Attend monthly (or occasionally more frequently) meetings to provide feedback and input about the data points, define reports/access packages, establish pricing/business models, and beta test the survey. Requires soliciting feedback from HR professionals within your organization for additional market research. Asynchronous feedback between meetings is also expected.
